5PM to Midnight Early attendees can meet in the Hospitality room #1108. Pick up name tags in room 1107. Meet your friends and make new ones. Snacks are available. Bring digital images of your daylilies to show your friends.
7PM - 10PM Keystone Room D is open for unloading plants and raffle items.
Saturday , October 22, 2011 early bird activities
7am - 11am Hospitality room #1108 will have coffee, tea, and juice available.
8am* Exhibition Judges Clinic I (Commonwealth Room)
8am* Garden Judge Workshop I (State Room)
9am* Exhibition Judges Clinic III (Susquehanna Room)
* Each student taking a clinic for credit must own and bring a copy of the current 2010 judges handbook "Judging Daylilies". Students taking Clinic I should read all of chapter 3 prior to the clinic. GJ students need to read all of chapter 1 and 2.
8am - 11am Chat Room- Join host Jim Murphy in Veranda (behind restaurant) for informal daylily discussions. Bring price lists, catalogs, pictures to share.
10 am Registration opens
10 am - until tickets are sold Lilyhemmer Raffle  in the Keystone Room - This is a raffle you can't loose! Tickets are $1. Raffle Masters are Gary Ball and Cynthia Marriott. Tickets sell out early.
11am - 5PM Lilyhemmer Boutique
11am - 5PM Silent Auction Don Herr, our Silent Auctioneer, will have beautiful potted daylilies for you to bid on.  Bids close at 4:30.
Lunch You are on your own for lunch.  Lunches are available for purchase in the lobby.

8:05- Live Auction- Stuart Kendig Auctioneer.    One of our bidders will win a $500 gift certificate, you must be present at the end of the auction to win. Gift certificate donated by Michael Miller, and may be used for Michael Miller introductions.
